We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and services, when you participate in activities on the Website, or otherwise when you contact us.
The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Website, the choices you make, and the products and features you use. The personal information we collect may include the following:
Personal Information Provided by You. We collect names; phone, numbers; email addresses; mailing addresses; contact preferences, contact or authentication data; billing addresses; debit/credit card numbers; and other similar

Klarna stores all payment data. You may find their privacy policy link(s) here: klarna.com/privacy.
All personal information you provide must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.
Information automatically collected
In Short: Some information — such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address and/or browser and device characteristics — is collected automatically when you visit our Website.
We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use or navigate the Website. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information). Still, it may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser, device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our Website, and other technical details. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Website and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.
Like many businesses, we also collect information through cookies and similar technologies. You can find out more about this in our Cookie Policy.
The information we collect includes:
- Log and Usage Data. Log and usage data are service-related, diagnostic, usage, and performance information our servers automatically collect when you access or use our Website and which we record in log files. Depending on how you interact with us, this log data may include your IP address, device information, browser type, and settings, and information about your activity on the Website (such as the date/time stamps associated with your usage, pages, and files viewed, searches and other actions you take such as which features you use), device event information (such as system activity, error reports (sometimes called ‘crash dumps’) and hardware settings).
- Device Data. We collect device data such as information about your computer, phone, tablet, or other devices you use to access the Website. Depending on the device used, this device data may include information such as your IP address (or proxy server), device and application identification numbers, location, browser type, hardware model, internet service provider and/or mobile carrier, operating system, and system configuration information.
- Location Data. We collect location data, such as information about your device’s location, which can be precise or imprecise. How much information we collect depends on the type and settings of the device you use to access the Website. For example, we may use GPS and other technologies to collect geolocation data that tells us your current location (based on your IP address). You can opt-out of allowing us to collect this information either by refusing access to the information or by disabling your Location setting on your device. Note, however, if you choose to opt-out, you may not be able to use certain aspects of the Services.

Examples include payment processing, data analysis, email delivery, hosting services, customer service, and marketing efforts. We may allow selected third parties to use tracking technology on the Website, which will enable them to collect data on our behalf about how you interact with our Website over time. This information may be used to, among other things, analyze and track data, determine the popularity of certain content, pages, or features, and better understand online activity. Unless described in this policy, we do not share, sell, rent, or trade any of your information with third parties for their promotional purposes. We have contracts in place with our data processors designed to help safeguard your personal information. This means that they cannot do anything with your personal information unless we have instructed them to do it. They will also not share your personal information with any organization apart from us. They also commit to protect the data they hold on our behalf and to retain it for the period we instruct.
4. COOKIE POLICY
In Short: We may use cookies and other tracking technologies to collect and store your information.
This Cookie Policy explains how Gracia Enterprises AB (“Company”, “we”, “us”, and “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies to recognize you when you visit our websites at https://royalpetportraits.com, (“Websites”). It explains what these technologies are and why we use them, as well as your rights to control our use of them.
In some cases, we may use cookies to collect personal information, or that becomes personal information if we combine it with other information.
Why do we use cookies?
We use first and third-party cookies for several reasons. Some cookies are required for technical reasons for our Websites to operate, and we refer to these as “essential” or “strictly necessary” cookies. Other cookies also enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the experience on our Online Properties.
Third parties serve cookies through our Websites for advertising, analytics, and other purposes. This is described in more detail below.
The specific types of first and third-party cookies served through our Websites and the purposes they perform are described below (please note that the specific cookies served may vary depending on the specific Online Properties you visit):
What are cookies?
Cookies are small data files placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. Website owners widely use cookies to make their websites work or work more efficiently and provide reporting information.
Cookies set by the website owner (in this case, Gracia Enterprises AB) are called “first party cookies”. Cookies set by parties other than the website owner are called “third-party cookies”. Third-party cookies enable third party features or functionality to be provided on or through the website (e.g., advertising, interactive content, and analytics). The parties that set these third-party cookies can recognize your computer when it visits the website in question and when it visits certain other websites.
How can I control cookies?
You have the right to decide whether to accept or reject cookies. You can exercise your cookie rights by setting your preferences in your browser settings.
By disabling cookies, you decide not to allow cookies to be stored on your computer. Cookie settings can be controlled and configurated in your browser. To find information on adjusting your cookie settings, choose the browser you use.
Please note, however, by blocking cookies, you will still be able to browse this website, but some of its features might not be available.
To find more about cookies, including how to see what cookies have been set and how to manage and delete them, visit www.allaboutcookies.org or www.youronlinechoices.eu.
What about other tracking technologies, like web beacons?
Cookies are not the only way to recognize or track visitors to a website. We may use other, similar technologies from time to time, like web beacons (sometimes called “tracking pixels” or “clear gifs”). These are tiny graphics files that contain a unique identifier that enable us to recognize when someone has visited our Websites or opened an e-mail including them. This allows us, for example, to monitor the traffic patterns of users from one page within a website to another, to deliver or communicate with cookies, to understand whether you have come to the website from an online advertisement displayed on a third-party website, to improve website performance, and to measure the success of e-mail marketing campaigns. In many instances, these technologies rely on cookies to function correctly, so declining cookies will impair their functioning.
Do you use Flash cookies or Local Shared Objects?
Websites may also use so-called “Flash Cookies” (also known as Local Shared Objects or “LSOs”) to, among other things, collect and store information about your use of our services, fraud prevention, and for other website operations.
If you do not want Flash Cookies stored on your computer, you can adjust the settings of your Flash player to block Flash Cookies storage using the tools contained in the Website Storage Settings Panel. You can also control Flash Cookies by going to the Global Storage Settings Panel and following the instructions (which may include instructions that explain, for example, how to delete existing Flash Cookies (referred to “information” on the Macromedia website), how to prevent Flash LSOs from being placed on your computer without your being asked, and (for Flash Player 8 and later) how to block Flash Cookies that are not being delivered by the operator of the page you are on at the time).
Please note that setting the Flash Player to restrict or limit acceptance of Flash Cookies may reduce or impede the functionality of some Flash applications, including, potentially, Flash applications used in connection with our services or online content.
Do you serve targeted advertising?
Third parties may serve cookies on your computer or mobile device to serve advertising through our Websites. These companies may use information about your visits to this and other websites to provide relevant advertisements about goods and services that you may be interested in. They may also employ technology that is used to measure the effectiveness of advertisements. This can be accomplished using cookies or web beacons to collect information about your visits to this and other websites to provide relevant advertisements about goods and services of potential interest to you. The data collected through this process does not enable them or us to identify your name, contact details, or other details that directly identify you unless you choose to provide these.
5. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy unless otherwise required by law.
We will only keep your personal information for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy unless a more extended retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements).
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such data or if this is not possible (for example, because your data has been stored in backup archives). We will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
6. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?
In Short: We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures.
We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect any personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security, and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information.
Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, the transmission of personal information to and from our Website is at your own risk. Therefore, you should only access the Website within a secure environment.
7. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?
In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.
We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Website, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Website. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to delete such data from our records promptly. If you become aware of any data we may have collected from children under age 18, please contact us at
contact@royalpetportraits.com.
8. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?
- The right to obtain information. You have the right to obtain information about how we process your data. We do this through this privacy policy, by notification on our Website, and answering your questions.
- Right to access your data. You may request a copy of your data if you want to know what information we possess about you.
- Right to data portability. You may request a copy of the personal data concerning you that we process for the performance of a contract with you, or based on your consent, in a machine-readable format.
- Right to rectification. You have the right to rectify inaccurate information about yourself and to make additions to incomplete information.
- Right to have your information erased. You have the right to request that your data be erased. This applies to information that is no longer necessary to process for the purpose(s) for which it was initially collected for, or if you revoke your consent. It is, however, essential to know that the right to have your information erased is not absolute. Klarna is obligated to retain specific data even if you request us to erase it. These obligations to retain data are protected by laws that prevent us from immediately erasing certain information.
- Right to restrict processing. If you believe that the data is inaccurate, that our processing is unlawful, or that we do not need the information for a specific purpose, you may request that we restrict the processing of your data. You may also request a restriction while waiting for our assessment to see if our interest in processing your data outweighs your right not to have this data processed.
- Right to oppose the processing of your data or to object to our processing. You may object to our processing of your data based on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) concerning your circumstances. Furthermore, you may always object to our use of your data for marketing purposes.
- Right to object to an automated decision that significantly affects you. You have the right to object to an automated decision made by Klarna if this decision entails legal consequences or constitutes a decision that affects you significantly in a similar way. See section 6 on how Klarna makes use of automated decisions.
- Right to withdraw one’s consent. As described in section 5, in cases where we process your data based on your consent, whether implicit or explicit, you have the right to revoke your consent at any time. This means that we will cease the processing, but it does not affect the processing we have already performed.
- Right to lodge a complaint. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory data protection authority.
If you wish to exercise one or more of your rights, you may do so by sending an email to contact@royalpetportraits.com stating which rights you want to exercise. You may also request access to your data or to have your personal data deleted.
Settings in the Klarna mobile application: In the Klarna mobile application, Klarna provides you with the functionality to tailor your preferences for certain services, such as current notifications or autofill of your information at purchase. We will always respect your choices.
9. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. However, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized at this stage. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy policy.
10. DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS POLICY?
In Short: Yes, we will update this policy as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Revised” date, and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible. In addition, if we make material changes to this privacy policy, we may notify you by prominently posting a policy of such changes or directly sending you a notification. Therefore, we encourage you to frequently review this privacy policy to be informed of how we protect your information.
11. HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US ABOUT THIS POLICY?
If you have questions or comments about this policy, you may email us at contact@royalpetportraits.com
12. HOW CAN YOU REVIEW, UPDATE, OR DELETE THE DATA WE COLLECT FROM YOU?
Based on the applicable laws of your country, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we collect from you, change that information, or delete it in some circumstances. To request to review, update, or delete your personal information, please send us an email stating your request at contact@royalpetportraits.com.
