Soo cute when I opened the envelope it took my breath away, haha so amazing to see my two gentlemen depicted just the way they probably see themselves. DHL had bent the envelope though so there is an ugly crease in the poster which is a bit regrettable but the poster itself is amazing. Maybe another type of packaging could prevent this from happening?

Both the picture, communication and price is fair and in that respect 5 stars, but delivery options should be improved, I would have paid extra to have some say in where to pick up my parcel.
With this specific item I had to download an APP, it all went pearshaped and the parcel was returned to sender.
It is down to how much the sender is willing to pay for the transport, naturally sender will go with cheapest option, but at least give us the option to pay extra for a designated delivery place/address.
We wisten niet zeker of de foto die we hadden gestuurd wel van goeie kwalitiet was, maar ze hebben het heel mooi gemaakt!
